User Agreement & Liability Waiver

1. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This agreement is part of, and is read together with, the Terms of Service, including the arbitration, class-action and jury waivers in Section 13 of those terms. If they conflict, the provision more protective of RRT applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. What you acknowledge

You use the Services voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand that software, calculators, AI assistants and automated tools can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and that you are responsible for checking their output before relying on it or acting on it.

You understand that RRT does not guarantee any result, including refunds, savings, leads, sales, approvals, rankings or revenue, and that you are not relying on any promise, testimonial, example or projection as a guarantee.

You understand that RRT is not your lawyer, lender, insurer, accountant or licensed adviser, and that you are responsible for getting professional advice for your own situation.

3. Assumption of risk

You knowingly assume all risks of using the Services, including data loss, downtime, errors, delays, third-party failures, misuse of your account by others, and consequences of any decision, contract, call, text, email, payment or filing you make or send using them.

4. Release of claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE RRT AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES AND LIABILITIES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EXCEPT CLAIMS BASED ON FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, AND EXCEPT RIGHTS THAT THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO WAIVE. THIS RELEASE IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AS THE LAW PERMITS.

You agree not to bring any claim covered by this release other than through the individual arbitration process in the Terms of Service.

5. Consent to recording and automated assistants

Calls, voicemails, texts and chats with RRT may be recorded, transcribed and stored, and may be answered or handled by an automated or AI assistant. By continuing a call, leaving a voicemail, texting or chatting with us, you consent to that recording and processing. If you do not consent, hang up or contact us another way. Our greeting will say so.

6. Electronic agreement

You agree that ticking a box, signing in or using the Services is your electronic signature, is as binding as ink on paper, and that we may keep a record of your acceptance, including the time, document version and technical details of your device.

7. Your representations

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you have the right to give us any personal information you submit about other people, and that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
