1. Who we are

These documents are issued by RRT Acquisitions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("RRT", "we", "us"). We operate under these names: RRT Custom CRM; RRT's Acquisition Hunter; RRT's Automotive Consulting And Concierge Service (each a "Brand", together the "Services"). The Services include our websites, free calculators and tools, the customer-relationship-management software (the "Platform"), and any call, text, email or AI assistant that speaks for us.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone, address, vehicle or contract details you enter in a calculator or form, messages, files and photos you upload, and payment details (card numbers go straight to our payment processor and are not stored by us).

Information from calls and chats: when you call, text, leave a voicemail or chat, we may keep the recording, transcript, number and time.

Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages viewed, referring site, IP address, and cookies or similar technology needed to run and secure the Services.

For Platform customers: the records you store about your own leads, customers, jobs and documents. For that data you are the business in control and we process it on your behalf.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Services; to respond to you and follow up on requests you make; to run calculators and generate estimates; to bill you; to secure the Services and prevent fraud; to comply with law; and to send you messages you have agreed to receive. Information you enter in a free tool may be used by us to contact you about that request.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting and network providers, database, payment, email, phone and texting providers, and AI providers you or we choose), with advisers, and with authorities when the law requires or to protect rights and safety. If we are sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner.

If the Platform is set up to use your own AI or other third-party keys, the content you send through them is processed under those providers' terms.

5. Calls, texts and email

See the Communications Consent notice. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and out of marketing email with the unsubscribe link. We will still send account and service messages.

6. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting duties, and to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contact, by emailing rrtacquisitions@yahoo.com or calling 321-345-1343. We may need to verify your identity and may keep what the law or a legitimate business need requires. Browser settings let you control cookies.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes and contact
