1. Consent to calls and texts

By submitting a form, calculator, request, or number to us, you give your express written consent for RRT Acquisitions LLC and its Brands, and companies that help us, to call and text you at the number you provided about your request and about our products and services, including by autodialer, prerecorded message and artificial or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to end texts, HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, such as replying STOP, telling us on a call, or emailing rrtacquisitions@yahoo.com. We will honor the request promptly, and may send one text confirming it.

2. Calling hours and do-not-call

We aim to call only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time, to keep and honor an internal do-not-call list, and to identify ourselves and the purpose of the call.

3. Recording and AI assistants

Calls, voicemails, texts and chats may be recorded, transcribed and stored, and may be handled by an automated or AI assistant. Because Florida and some other states require the consent of everyone on a call, you consent to recording by staying on the line, leaving a voicemail or texting us. If you do not consent, end the call and contact us another way.

4. Email

If you give us your email, you agree we may email you about your request and our services. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and our mailing identity.
